At Vamora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help. Please read our policy below before requesting a refund or return.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or not functioning properly
- Incorrect (wrong item, color, size, or model)
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
After reviewing your claim, we will, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund.
For many low-cost items, a return is not required.
2. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong item
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- No longer wanting the product
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind after the order has shipped
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment partner, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund.
Please contact us if your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe.
5. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period plus a reasonable additional timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Return Authorization
Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, and return addresses vary depending on the supplier.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
7. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
