At Vamora, customer satisfaction is our priority. As all our products are customized and made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we understand that product quality issues can arise, and we are committed to resolving them through a replacement process under specific conditions.

Replacement Policy

  1. Eligibility for Replacement
    We offer replacements only for products with quality issues such as:
    - Defective or damaged items received.
    - Incorrect product delivered (size, design, or color mismatch).
  2. Conditions for Replacement
    - A replacement request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product.
    - To process your request, you must provide:
      • A clear unboxing video showing the product's condition upon opening.
      • Photos of the damaged or defective product.
  3. How to Request a Replacement
    Email your replacement request to vamora.co.in@gmail.com with:
    - Your order number.
    - Unboxing video and photos as proof.
    - A brief description of the issue.
  4. Replacement Process
    - Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you.
    - Replacements are subject to stock availability of the same design and size. If unavailable, you may be offered an alternative product of similar value.
  5. Non-Eligibility for Replacement
    - Products without unboxing video proof or photos.
    - Issues reported after 2 days of delivery.
    - General dissatisfaction with customization, as the product is made-to-order.
